How the Helping Hand Hanger System Works
The Helping Hand Hanger system is designed around a simple idea: the hanger stays with the taxidermy mount, allowing the mount to be supported during finishing and then transferred to a compatible wall bracket for display.
1. Attach the hanger to the backboard
The Helping Hand Hanger attaches to the backboard of the mount. Its formed design provides the connection point used by a compatible mounting stand and HHH wall brackets. It does not attach to the side, neck or head.
2. Support the mount on a compatible stand
With the hanger installed, place the mount onto an appropriate mounting-stand interface. The hanger supports the mount while you position and secure it, reducing the need to hold the mount while working. Check that your stand is compatible with the hanger.
3. Move from stand to wall
When the mount is ready for display, the same hanger engages a compatible HHH wall bracket. Choose the Regular Bracket for a conventional wall installation or the Offset Bracket when additional clearance is needed, including suitable wall-pedestal installations.
Choose a matched kit
- Regular Hanger Kit: 1 HHH Hanger, 1 Regular Bracket and 2 Small Rubber Bumpers.
- Offset Hanger Kit: 1 HHH Hanger, 1 Offset Bracket and 2 Small Rubber Bumpers.
